The Cancer Awareness Foundation has arranged a grand program at Bangladesh University of Health Sciences with a seminar, health fair, and cultural fest with Honorable Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Faridul Alam and Professor Dr. Anwar Hossain as the special guests. The program was presided over by the Chief Advisor, Professor Dr. M. A. Hai. The program included speeches by renowned speakers like Dr. Khalekuzzaman, Dr. Lubna Maryam, Dr. Rezanur Rahman, Dr. Ali Nafisa, Dr. Mushtaq Ibn Ayyub, Rubina Ghani, a cancer survivor, and then the presentation by Dr. Habibullah Talukdar Raskin on the prevention of cancer. The health fair was held on the same day, where the public from different walks of life learned how to prevent cancer. The children participated in the drawing competition with cultural festivities. The winners of the competitions were awarded certificates.
